Scarwork
ScarWork is a wonderfully light and gentle technique used on scars and scar tissue. When a scar occurs, the tissue of the area is changed and distorted. This can cause reactions such as:

- Pulling or adherence to the underlying structures
- Restricted movement
- Emotional distress
ScarWork promotes further healing of scar tissue and adhesions, helping the tissue integrate back into the surrounding area. Benefits can include:

Amputation Therapy
As a specialist in Amputation and Prosthetic Rehabilitation, Caitlin offers a specific package for those with limb loss. Massage therapy and Scarwork can have huge benefits including:

Kinesiology tape is an elastic, adaptable form of taping that can be used to:
